We’re up for two awards!

Monday, March 18, 2013

Wow, what a fantastic start to the week! After only 3 months of operation, we are absolutely thrilled to have been nominated for 2 categories in the ‘What’s On For Little Ones’ awards.

The Baby Bright Eyes baby and toddler language classes are up for:

  • Best Local Activity for Under 5s
  • Best New Activity for Children

Thank you so much to anyone who nominated us, it’s so kind of you and we’re thrilled that you’re enjoying what we’re doing.

And now, a plea for votes! We’d love to go as far as we can in this competition, so it would be absolutely wonderful if you could spare a couple of minutes to vote for us in the above categories.

The voting page is here – www.whatson4littleones.co.uk/awards-voting-2013.asp

Thanks in advance to anyone who does take the time to vote for us – it really is appreciated!

World Book Day

Wednesday, March 6, 2013

Thursday 7th March is World Book Day, which means it’s time to celebrate all things literary.

We’ll be playing our part by offering free Baby Bright Eyes taster sessions in French at the Peace Gardens in Sheffield, in association with Sheffield Libraries.

As well as our usual singing, playing and learning, we will of course be reading a bilingual book or two!

So if you’re free at 11am on the 7th, and you’re in the vicinity with your baby or toddler, please come along and see us on board the Little Library Bus.

But whatever you do, read a story book or two to your little one and enjoy World Book Day!
